Withdrawal policy and withdrawal form

Consumers are granted a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following policy, according to which a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that do not pertain to his commercial activity or to his entrepreneurial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

This latter withdrawal term is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by him, who/which is not the courier, took physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform in writing Vision Group AG, Discountlens.it, Riedwiesenstrasse 23, 8305 Dietlikon, SWITZERLAND, telephone: 0800 957 097, e-mail: [email protected], by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, telefax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheaper standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event you will be charged for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of having sent them back, depending on which of the two conditions occurs first.

The customer must return (ship or deliver) the goods to Lamprecht Transport AG, c/o Vision Group AG, Zollstrasse 7, DE-78239 Rielasingen, Germany, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

The direct costs incurred for goods return should be borne by the customer.

The customer is committed to pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to establish the nature, features and functioning of the same.

Note

If possible, the goods must be supplied in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, you should use protective outer packaging if the original packaging is no longer available, to ensure suitable protection against transport damage. You must avoid damaging and contaminating the item being returned. At the same time, we would like to point out that the right of withdrawal and its consequences naturally exist regardless of compliance with this policy, whose only purpose is to facilitate the processing of the return.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods, which could not be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
